Redline Roots

What is Redline Roots?

We truly believe CrossFit is an all encompassing sport.  Teaching both the importance of team work as well as independence in movement.  This is a sport that can help anyone, at any age, get stronger in body and in mind. 


This is why we have created Redline Roots.  


Roots courses cover all the fundamentals of CrossFit and movement.  From barbell lifts to gymnastic skills, cardio endurance, power and mobility, our aim is to help your children become strong inside and out.


Courses run during the evening from 6.30-7.30pm - Roots at Roost, as an Early Out Club during term time from 2.30 -4pm and also as a Summer Camp from 10am-12pm. Please see dates below!  Spaces are limited to ensure that everyone gets the individual coaching they need so please contact us to find out about availability.

Times  - 10am - 12pm

Cost  - $200 per week, $350 if booking both

Open Gym and MURPH

Come and join us for the Hero Wod Murph!  

This workout can be scaled to meet you where you are and we'd love to welcome you to the gym!  

The gym will be open from 8am-11am so even if you don't want to workout come and say hello!
