We truly believe CrossFit is an all encompassing sport. Teaching both the importance of team work as well as independence in movement. This is a sport that can help anyone, at any age, get stronger in body and in mind.
This is why we have created Redline Roots.
The first of our Roots courses is aimed at kids aged 8-14 and will cover all the fundamentals of CrossFit and movement. From barbell lifts to gymnastic skills, cardio endurance, power and mobility, our aim is to help your children become strong inside and out.
Held at the gym on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.30-7.30pm, the course starts on Tuesday November 5th and will run for 6 weeks. Spaces are limited to 15 ensure that everyone gets the individual coaching they need.
Classes will run twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday
From Tuesday November 5th - Thursday 12th Dec
6.30pm - 7.30pm
This covers all classes for the 6 week course
