We truly believe CrossFit is an all encompassing sport. Teaching both the importance of team work as well as independence in movement. This is a sport that can help anyone, at any age, get stronger in body and in mind.
This is why we have created Redline Roots.
Roots courses cover all the fundamentals of CrossFit and movement. From barbell lifts to gymnastic skills, cardio endurance, power and mobility, our aim is to help your children become strong inside and out.
Held at the gym on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.30-7.30pm, spring course dates will be announced soon! Spaces are limited to 8 ensure that everyone gets the individual coaching they need.
