It's the fitness competition for Every Body.
It combines running and functional exercises such as sled push and pull, farmers carry, walking lunges and wall balls.
It can be raced on your own, with a partner or as part of a team.
It is raced in a stadium, with a DJ with some of the most supportive competitors and spectators.
It is a party!

We are so excited to be the first independent HYROX Training Club in Iowa. Our coaches are all HYROX foundational trained and we are launching specific HYROX focussed training classes and in the future HYROX Affiliated events.
Will start the class by taking you through a cardio and mobility warm up.
From here they will talk to you about the planned workout, demonstrate moves, running routes and then discuss options you can use to make the workout your own.
Examples of this might be using a lighter weight, reducing range of motion to start building up your strength or giving you ideas on pacing.
These will be different every day and are put together for you by our HYROX trained coaches.
HYROX as a race involves a lot of running so be prepared to build up your running endurance in these classes!
From completing rounds for time to seeing how many reps you can get, we keep things interesting and make sure that you can monitor your progress.
An example workout might be 8 rounds for time of a run distance, walking lunges, ski, wallball shots and then a row.
A place where we come together to challenge ourselves and support and encourage each other. We are a family.
The gym has everything you need to use your body as the machine it is meant to be.
Barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells, rowers, ski ergs, bikes, no treadmills (we have routes that we use to get those running meters in) and a sauna just to help with some recovery!
