What's going on at the gym?

Saturday June 7th

Every month we hold open workouts on a Saturday morning where members can bring a friend along to join them for the workout.  If you'd like to be a part of this please send us a message!

Murph WOD and Open Morning

Monday May 26th

We'll be taking on the Murph Hero Wod and we'd love to invite you to come along and join us!  Workout with us, be there to support our athletes or just come along to see what the gym is all about!  We'll be serving breakfast after the Workouts which will be running at 7am, 8am and 9am.  Hope to see you there!

Open Gym and MURPH

Come and join us for the Hero Wod Murph!  

This workout can be scaled to meet you where you are and we'd love to welcome you to the gym!  

The gym will be open from 8am-11am so even if you don't want to workout come and say hello!
