I started CrossFit in the summer of 2016. I immediately fell in love with it! I love the supportive community and how you see all walks of life in the gym working out side by side. I decided to become a coach to be able to help others find the strength they didn't know they had. Outside of the gym, I love running in local obstacle course races.

Once a lonely workout person before finding CrossFit. When I was introduced to CrossFit and had my first workout I was instantly hooked on the awesome workouts and amazing people around me. Once I found out CrossFit was for me I then wanted to help others on their journey as well.

Hello! I'm Elise. I'm a busy mom of 5 and I've been doing CrossFit since 2012. I was hooked on the supportive community from day 1. I love the transformation I've been able to make in my own life. I decided to become a coach so that I can help others do the same. I hope that I can show other women like myself (and I guess the guys too) how strong and beautiful they truly are inside and out. You can find me chasing after kids and eating pizza and tacos when I can.
I've been doing CrossFit since 2016. The best part about CrossFit is it's ability to build self confidence. Each workout is a new challenge. It's great to see people accomplish extraordinary things in the gym that gives them the confidence needed to be successful in life. Outside of CrossFit, my wife and I have a seven year old daughter and we all love to travel.
